Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and Airframe and Powerplant License or Repairman Certificate are required.
• Valid driver’s license approved for airline travel and/or a valid passport is ideal, but not mandatory.
• Extensive experience in maintenance with proficiency in inspection equipment and visual inspection aids.

Responsibilities

• Review technician assignments and sign offs to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Perform front line spot checks of technician maintenance activity.
• Verify MEL procedures and S.D. as per MQB 2018-02 Rev 1 guidelines.
• Perform aircraft final walk-around and release with attention to disturbed areas.
• Advise the customer via email when aircraft is released.
• Ensure proper and current Technical Data and procedures are used.
• Direct the work and flow of multiple projects and supervise team members.
• Reject items/work non-compliant with WSA Manual, Customer Maintenance Programs and FAA regulations.
• Follow FAA guidelines and safety rules during duties.
