Job summary

GMRE is seeking a senior aircraft maintenance supervisor for Fort Wayne, Indiana. The role leads a team responsible for aircraft modifications, maintenance, inspections, and both scheduled and unscheduled tasks on fighter/bomber aircraft. Candidates should have a decade of maintenance experience, recent supervisory background, and the ability to obtain a U.S.

SECRET clearance. The position emphasizes technical leadership, adherence to safety standards, and timely delivery of aircraft

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years total aircraft maintenance experience.
• Two (2) years recent experience within four years on fighter/bomber aircraft, preferably F-16.
• Previous supervisory experience in fighter aircraft maintenance or modification fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of mechanics; provide technical guidance on maintenance operations.
• Supervise and inspect duties on CFT.
• Repair and modify aircraft structures and electronic systems of complex to extreme difficulty.
• Provide technical support to engineers and customers with complex problems.
