Job summary

Gauss Management Research & Engineering (GMRE Inc.) is seeking a skilled supervisor to lead an aircraft maintenance team in performing modifications, inspections, and scheduled/unscheduled maintenance on fighter aircraft. Internal to GMRE candidates only.

Strong leadership and avionics expertise are essential to guide technicians and ensure safety and compliance. The ideal candidate brings at least 10 years of aircraft maintenance experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role on fighter

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of total aircraft maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in fighter aircraft maintenance.
• Experience with avionics, electrical or general maintenance on fighter aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Supervise subordinate mechanics and provide technical guidance on maintenance operations.
• Perform, supervise, and inspect duties on CFT and related tasks.
• Maintain and repair aircraft structures, and electronic systems with complex to extreme difficulty.
• Interpret technical data such as blueprints, engineering drawings or manuals to solve problems.
• Provide guidance to lower-level technicians throughout all aircraft modifications and maintenance efforts.
