Job summary

GMRE, a small veteran-owned company, seeks a senior Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team in modifications, inspections, and maintenance on fighter/bomber aircraft at the Atlantic City Air National Guard Base in Egg Harbor City, NJ. The role requires deep technical expertise and strong leadership to guide mechanics, interpret technical data, and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

Minimum of ten years total and two years recent experience in aircraft maintenance support, fighter/bomber/attack aircraft.
Previous supervisory experience in fighter aircraft maintenance or modification fields.
Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead a team in aircraft modifications, maintenance, inspections, and scheduled/unscheduled tasks.
Supervise mechanics, provide technical guidance on maintenance operations, and inspect duties on the airframe.
Maintain and repair aircraft structures, avionics, engines, hydraulics, and related systems; interpret blueprints and manuals.
Coordinate with engineers and customers; enter work cards and manage workload to meet delivery timelines.
