Acumen Aviation seeks an experienced executive to develop fundraising strategies for aircraft acquisitions and to manage relationships with institutional partners and intermediaries. You will prepare proposals, model cash flows, and generate market reports to guide investment decisions.

You will also identify leasing opportunities, coordinate client payments, and support investment management and board activities within a fast-moving aviation environment at our Plantation, Florida site.

Formación

• 10+ years of work experience in aviation.
• Proven ability to work on own initiative.
• Understand global market dynamics and future market trends.
• Understand pricing in aircraft leasing space.
• Ability to learn fast in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies to support aircraft acquisitions through equity, debt, and lease financing with institutional partners and intermediaries.
• Prepare proposals for trading, sourcing, remarketing, structuring advisory, and sales opportunities.
• Prepare aircraft forecasting cash flow models and templates based on market developments.
• Prepare market reports on the aviation industry.
• Identify asset leasing and trading opportunities in the marketplace.
• Coordinate with clients on various payment requirements and act as single POC for key customers.
• Attend weekly calls with Commercial Lease Management and Sales Management teams to track activities.
• Assist in managing all investments under Acumen’s management and prepare board minutes.
