Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies to support aircraft acquisitions through institutional partners and financial intermediaries.
• Prepare proposals for trading, sourcing, remarketing, structuring advisory and sales opportunities.
• Create aircraft forecasting cash flow models and templates from market developments.
• Prepare market reports on the aviation industry.
• Identify asset leasing and trading opportunities in the marketplace.
• Identify requirements for Technical, Digital, Data Management, and Valuation services.
• Manage Acumen Aviation America's processes including financial reporting and office setup.
• Attend weekly calls with Commercial Lease Management and Sales Management teams.
• Understand aircraft investment decisions and Acumen's service portfolio.
• Assist in managing investments and preparing board minutes for clients.
