Job summary

KingRecruitingServices seeks a strategic Finance Manager, Aviation Investment & Leasing, to support investment underwriting, aircraft leasing strategy, capital structuring, and portfolio optimization. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
MBA and/or CPA preferred.
6+ years of progressive experience in aviation finance, aircraft leasing, structured finance, investment management, or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

Partner with accounting team for lease classification and revenue recognition.
Oversee depreciation and impairment analysis for aircraft portfolio.
Coordinate monthly close and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Provide guidance on technical accounting for acquisitions, dispositions, trading.
Evaluate tax implications with tax function and optimize planning.
Enhance internal controls and governance around leasing and trading.
