• FAA A&P license or repairman certificate within 30 days of start date.
• 10 years extensive experience in production/manufacturing/service center.
• Extensive knowledge of aircraft interiors; G650/G600/G500 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical functions for in-service installations, repairs/mods, and refurbishments.
• Troubleshoot in-service aircraft to determine cause and pursue preventative actions to improve efficiency and quality.
• Assist in planning methods for refurbishments and installations to maximize efficiency and timeliness.
• Interact with Engineering, Product Support Engineering and Quality Control to troubleshoot problems and implement solutions.
• Organize, develop and administer the Employee Skills Development Program.
• Identify and develop training requirements for tooling, test equipment and other areas.
• Plan, schedule and complete tasks to meet service/delivery schedules.
• Assist management with supervision and instruction of technicians in proper procedures and techniques of troubleshooting airframe, inspections and preventive maintenance; assist with performance appraisals.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry standards, vendor information and all procedures related to product support installations, repairs, and refurbishments.
