• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and QA to implement solutions.
• Develop and administer the Employee Skills Development Program.
• Identify training requirements for tooling and test equipment.
• Support Lean activities.
• Perform tasks for department mechanics or leads when required.
