flyExclusive seeks an experienced Interior Install/Modification Supervisor to oversee daily interior installation activities at our Kinston, NC location. You will lead technicians, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and work closely with the Operations Manager of Interiors.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, safety awareness, and ability to coordinate across departments to meet project timelines and customer needs.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• FAA Airframe certification preferred.
• Good driving record required.
• Experience in aircraft interiors/removal and installation preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead technicians to complete interior installation on company and customer aircraft.
• Provide daily work updates and maintain training records.
• Coordinate with other departments and provide customer support.
• Maintain hangar and shops in a clean and safe state; ensure safety compliance.
