flyExclusive is seeking a Supervisor – Interiors to oversee daily interior installation work on company and client aircraft at our Kinston, NC location. You will coordinate with the Operations Manager of Interiors and Modifications to ensure compliance with applicable standards and FARs, while maintaining a safe, efficient hangar environment.

Responsibilities include leading technicians, training personnel, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring timely delivery within quoted costs.

Competenze

• High School diploma or Equivalent.
• Good driving record.
• Airframe certification by the FAA.
• Shadowed toolbox and tool inventory list.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in removal and install of aircraft interiors or equivalent.
• Prior aviation experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States; two forms of Federal ID.
• Background check required; safety-sensitive FAA guidelines.

Mansioni

• Lead techs and manage hours; provide daily progress updates.
• Ensure training records for interior personnel and identify additional training needs.
• Coordinate with other departments and provide customer support.
• Provide daily technical direction to technicians on assignments.
• Anticipate and ensure materials availability; coordinate with Manager.
• Mentor new technicians and maintain shop hangar cleanliness.
• Ensure safety precautions are followed.
• Perform hands-on support and meet deadlines per company policies.
• Understand and apply FARs (25.853).
• Support and collaborate with Corridor and other internal teams.
