Job summary

Flightstar Aircraft Services, LLC seeks an experienced interior maintenance lead to direct a skilled crew in performing aircraft interior tasks while ensuring airworthiness per customer specifications and FAA standards.

The role includes mentoring junior technicians through on-the-job training, following SOPs, and utilizing Flightstar’s ERP system (AMROS) for parts and tooling. Strong safety awareness and knowledge of ATA codes are essential.

Qualifications

• Leads and directs interior maintenance crews per FAA standards.
• Reads and complies with safety information for proper completion.
• Mentors junior technicians through on-the-job training (OJT).
• Proficient with AMROS ERP for locating parts and requesting tools.
• Familiar with ATA Codes and 14 CFR Part 91/121/145 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the assigned crew in performing aircraft interior tasks to meet airworthiness per customer specs and FAA standards.
• Ensure proper execution of parts tag instructions and correct routing of serviceable/condemned parts.
• Maintain responsibility for quality, efficiency, and timeliness of own work and crew output.
• Provide on-the-job instruction and training for aircraft work and safety standards.
• Review non-routine tasks, identify required parts/tools, and estimate maintenance actions.
