Job summary

MROH is seeking an experienced lead aircraft interior technician to direct the crew in performing interior maintenance that meets airworthiness requirements and FAA standards. The role includes mentoring junior technicians through on-the-job training and ensuring safe, accurate completion of tasks.

The ideal candidate has five or more years of interior aircraft experience, familiarity with ATA Codes, and the ability to read and follow technical data and safety instructions.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in aircraft interior maintenance and related terminology.
• Familiar with 14 CFR Part 91/121/145 preferred.
• Reads and follows safety procedures and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Leads the assigned crew to ensure airworthiness per customer specs and FAA standards.
• Enforces proper tagging and routing of aircraft parts and components.
• Ensures availability of FAA approved data and assigns necessary parts, materials, and tooling.
• Provides on-the-job training and guidance on aircraft work and safety standards.
• Interfaces with customer reps to obtain approvals for work estimates.
• Documents time worked and maintains compliance with safety and quality policies.
