The role emphasizes leadership, quality, and adherence to FAA guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of interior experience, strong supervisory skills, and the ability to work independently while guiding others.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; supervisory training preferred.
• Extensive hands-on experience in aircraft/interior components is essential.
• Ability to supervise and mentor small teams and coordinate installations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians to deliver high-quality aircraft interior work.
• Independently manage installations by coordinating with the Interior Team Leader.
• Perform quality checks and supervise daily activities of the crew.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to improve performance.
• Assist in engineering designs for major modification projects.
