Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies seeks a Sr Manager, Aircraft Completions to lead on-site execution from induction to Return to Service and delivery for aircraft programs at the Moses Lake facility.

The role coordinates Maintenance, Avionics, Interiors, Quality, Engineering, Planning, and SCM to meet schedule, quality, and customer commitments, while ensuring safety and compliance. Requires leadership and aviation program management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and significant related aviation experience preferred; equivalently, a blend of education, technical experience and leadership may be considered.
• Experience leading complex aircraft programs and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of planning, scheduling, resource management, modification/installation activity, testing, closeout and delivery.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, installation instructions and other aircraft maintenance data.

Responsibilities

• Lead aircraft programs from induction through delivery and manage the cross-functional execution team.
• Establish priorities, milestones, execution objectives and near-term recovery requirements.
• Develop and maintain the integrated aircraft execution plan with Planning and supporting functions.
• Maintain visibility of aircraft status, critical path, tasks, constraints and risks.
• Drive schedule adherence and lead recovery actions when milestones slip.
• Coordinate Maintenance, Avionics, Interiors, Quality, Engineering, Planning, SCM, and other teams around aircraft priorities.
• Review production schedules, drawings and data to resolve execution issues.
• Resolve material, engineering, quality, tooling and resource constraints; accelerate unresolved issues affecting schedule or cost.
• Balance competing aircraft requirements and communicate status with the on-site customer.
• Lead or support customer status meetings, milestone reviews, inspections, acceptance and delivery.
• Maintain awareness of contract scope and provide input for changes and extra work.
• Coordinate aircraft testing, closeout, acceptance, and delivery readiness.
• Lead readiness for Return to Service within Quality's regulatory framework.
