Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies in Moses Lake, WA seeks a Sr Manager, Aircraft Completions (SrMAC) to lead the on-site execution of aircraft programs from induction through delivery. You will coordinate Maintenance, Avionics, Interiors, Quality, Engineering, Planning, and Supply Chain to meet schedule, quality, and cost targets.

The role requires senior aviation leadership, strong communication with customers, and the ability to manage multi-functional teams and complex production schedules.

Qualifications

• Leadership in aircraft maintenance or comparable aviation environment.
• Experience leading complex aircraft programs and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and installation instructions.
• Strong communication, decision-making, risk management, and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned aircraft programs from induction through delivery and establish execution rhythm.
• Set priorities, milestones, and recovery requirements across multiple functions.
• Develop and maintain the integrated aircraft execution plan with Planning and functions.
• Maintain visibility of status, critical path, constraints, and emerging issues; track actions.
• Drive schedule adherence and recovery actions to meet milestones and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate across Maintenance, Avionics, Interiors, Quality, Engineering, Planning and Supply Chain.
