Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. seeks a Senior Cabin Modifications & Engineering Program Manager to lead offers for cabin upgrades, interior modifications and customer-centric solutions across Airbus commercial programs.

You will coordinate with engineering, certification, production, airline customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to define project scope, schedule, and costs (engineering and parts). This senior role requires 9+ years in aircraft interiors, STC/DOA experience, and strong program

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Aero, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical).
Master’s degree and PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
9+ years in aircraft interiors, cabin modifications or related roles.
Experience with STC/DOA processes and program leadership.
Ability to interpret drawings, BOMs, reports and certification docs.

Responsibilities

Lead and drive delivery of offers/proposals for cabin upgrades and interior modifications.
Define project scope, schedule, and costs with cross‑functional teams.
Collaborate with engineering, certification, production, airlines, and suppliers.
Ensure regulatory compliance and safety in all proposals and executions.
Support negotiations and ensure proposals are competitively priced.
