Job summary

CGH Technologies, Inc. in Warrenton, VA seeks a Sr. Air Traffic Management Specialist to support FAA ATO Watch Officer duties and JATOC initiatives, delivering on-site and remote guidance.

The role requires 10+ years in aviation support, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and ability to work 24/7 shift patterns; you will coordinate meetings, update schedules, publish memos, and conduct audits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering similar support within the aviation industry.
• U.S. Citizenship or valid U.S. Work Visa with US residency ≥3 years.
• Bachelor's Degree in Aviation, Engineering, or Math preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site, and virtual, support for FAA System Operations and AWO duties.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings with FAA STOWO and JATOC GM.
• Maintain AWO email lists and team schedules.
• Develop and publish Read and Initial articles regarding FAA direction.
• Audit and update the ATO Watch Officer desk binder.
• Provide Quality Control audits of ATO messages to Executive Leadership.
• Maintain the JATOC AWO Incident Monitor Dashboard.
• Support SkyWatch program implementation meetings.
