Job summary

Torch Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior Level Air & Missile Defense Radar Simulation Engineer/Analyst to join a growing team in Huntsville, AL. You will design and implement radar analysis tools, simulate radar performance, and work on diverse projects.

Strong data analysis and Matlab/Python skills are essential. Requirements include US citizenship, ABET-accredited engineering degree, 15+ years in engineering with 5+ years in radar, and an active SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

15+ years of engineering experience with 5+ years in radar sensor or system-level data analysis.
ABET-accredited degree in engineering or STEM field.
U.S. Citizenship and SECRET clearance required.
Proficiency in Matlab and Python for data analysis.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

Scenario design and development; analysis tool development; apply tools to analyze radar performance.
Enhance understanding of radar functions: acquisition, scheduling, tracking, discrimination, and system interactions.
Support projects including performance analysis, post-flight reconstructions, simulation integration, execution and risk reduction.
