Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a Senior Level Air & Missile Defense Radar Simulation Engineer/Analyst to join its established AMDR team in Huntsville, AL. The role focuses on real-time HWIL systems, tactical software/hardware, and digital radar representations.

Responsibilities include scenario design, tool development, and advanced radar performance analyses. Ideal candidates have US Citizenship, a STEM ABET-accredited degree, 15+ years in the field with 5+ years in radar sensor/data analysis,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or STEM from ABET-accredited college/university.
• Strong analytical and data-processing abilities; proficient in data visualization and signal processing.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scenarios for real-time HWIL (hardware-in-the-loop) radar simulations.
• Develop analysis tools and apply them to complex radar system performance analyses.
• Enhance understanding of radar functions: acquisition, scheduling, tracking, discrimination, and system interactions.
• Support a broad range of radar analysis projects and risk reduction efforts.
