Torch Technologies, Inc. seeks a Mid-Level Air & Missile Defense Radar Simulation Engineer/Analyst to join a growing team in Huntsville, AL.

You will work on real-time HWIL systems, digital radar representations, and scenario design to assess radar performance across acquisition, tracking, and discrimination functions. The role requires a strong background in radar data analysis, Matlab/Python tooling, and a SECRET clearance, with 8+ years of related work and an ABET-accredited engineering or

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• ABET-accredited engineering or STEM degree (Bachelor's or higher).
• 8+ years of radar sensor and/or system-level data analysis experience.
• Proficient in data manipulation/analysis, visualization, signal processing, electromagnetics or system engineering.
• Proficient in Matlab, Python, or similar tooling.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• SECRET clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Work with real-time HWIL systems and radar representations.
• Design/develop analysis tools for radar performance evaluation.
• Analyze radar functions: acquisition, scheduling, tracking, discrimination, and integration.
• Contribute to performance analysis, post-flight reconstructions, simulations and risk reduction.
• Collaborate in a dynamic team to craft creative solutions to difficult problems.
