Worldwide Flight Services is seeking an Air Logistics Ramp Supervisor in Connecticut to oversee a busy ramp team and facilitate the flow of packages from aircraft to warehouse. You will help ensure on-time delivery, safety, and regulatory compliance in an open-air, airport-adjacent environment.

The role requires 1 year of related experience, an Associate's degree or equivalent, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must have logistics/warehousing experience with strict deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Eligible to work in the United States and able to read/understand English.
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience; 1 year related experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a busy team of Air logistics ramp associates.
• Direct personnel within the assigned functional area.
• Monitor performance, ensure safety, security, and quality standards.
• Participate in coaching, training, and discipline as needed.
• Ensure compliance with TSA and company security requirements.
• Maintain awareness of site security plans and ID badges.
