Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services, Inc. is seeking an Air Logistics Senior Manager Express Operations to oversee warehouse and ramp operations.

You will coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure rapid handling of Express packages, following strict safety and security guidelines in a cross-dock environment. The role requires hands-on leadership in moving packages through the facility, supervising staff, and maintaining TSA/USCBP/FAA compliance while delivering high quality and timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 8–10 years leadership in warehousing/logistics.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and performance metrics.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work across a 24/7 schedule.
• Strong safety, security, and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, lead and control staff to promote teamwork and pride within a diverse workplace.
• Develop next level leaders and managers in leadership and management skills.
• Supervise staff to meet business needs and SLA performance standards.
• Ensure safety rules and TSA/USCBP/FAA compliance; follow airport security requirements.
• Prepare operational reports and provide weekly/monthly data; assist in audits and compliance.
