Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is hiring a Sr. Pricing Analyst to prepare air quotes, assist with RFQ bids and reporting analysis. You will act as a liaison with internal customers and air carriers, input quotes into CargoWise, and collaborate with air product leads to deliver competitive solutions for clients.

You will negotiate rates with airlines, design trade lane programs, and provide regular performance reports to management, while supporting internal offices and sales teams across the network.

Qualifications

• Education (Required Minimum): 5 years work experience and/or associate degree.
• Related experience required.
• Knowledgeable in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service, ability to prioritize and multi-task, strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to interact professionally with associates and customers at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison with internal customer to solve problems related to air shipments and service.
• Provide clear communication link between AIT, IC and air carriers and foreign offices.
• Prepare and input all quotes into CargoWise.
• Collaborate with air product leads to design most competitive solutions for clients.
• Negotiate with airlines to obtain spot rates or establish contract rates for origin-destination pairs.
• Design and roll out air trade lane programs and liaise with internal offices and sales.
• Provide regular performance reports to management.
• Other duties as business demands deem necessary.
