AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Sr. Pricing Analyst to prepare air quotes, assist with RFQ bids and reporting analysis. You will coordinate with internal teams and air carriers to deliver competitive pricing for origin-destination pairs.

In this role, you will enter quotes into CargoWise, negotiate rates, and design effective pricing strategies while maintaining strong customer service and cross-functional communication across global offices.

Formación

• 5+ years work experience or associate degree required.
• Related experience required.
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent customer service, ability to multitask, detail-oriented, organized.
• Professional interaction with associates and customers at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as liaison with internal customers to resolve air shipment issues.
• Communicate between AIT, IC, air carriers, and foreign offices.
• Enter all quotes into CargoWise.
• Collaborate with air product leads for competitive solutions.
• Negotiate spot or contract rates with airlines for origin/destination pairs.
• Design rollout of air trade lane programs and liaise with internal customers.
• Provide regular performance reports to management.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Overview

AIT Worldwide is seeking a Sr. Pricing Analyst to prepare air quotes, assist with RFQ bids and reporting analysis.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison with the internal customer in solving problems related to air shipments and service
• Provide clear communication link between AIT, IC and air carriers and foreign offices
• Prepare and put all quotes into CargoWise
• Work in conjunction with the air product leads to provide most competitive solution design for the client.
• Work with airlines to negotiate and get spot rates and or establish contract rates for specific origin and destination pairs
• Design and rollout effective air trade lane programs for overseas agents / offices as well a liaison with the internal customer in solving problems related to air shipments and service as building relationships with our internal offices and sales departments
• Provide regular performance reports to management team
• Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned as business demands deem necessary.

Qualifications

• Education (Required Minimum): 5 Years work experience and or associate degree
• Related Experience required
• Computer Skills (basic, knowledgeable, advanced): Needs to be knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills, ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to interact in a professional manner with associates and customers at all levels
