Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field is required.
• Certifications in freight forwarding (IATA/NCBFAA) may be preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or related field.
• Experience managing a team and working with clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage freight forwarding operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Coordinate with carriers, logistics providers, and customs brokers for timely delivery.
• Prepare shipping and customs documentation (bills of lading, invoices, declarations).
• Mentor and manage a team of freight forwarders; provide training and support.
• Communicate with clients to meet shipping needs and provide updates.
• Monitor industry trends and adjust operations to stay competitive.
