Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all freight forwarding operations, including shipments, coordination with carriers and clients.
• Coordinate with carriers, logistics providers, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare shipping and customs documents (bills of lading, invoices, declarations).
• Mentor and supervise a team of freight forwarders; provide training and support.
• Communicate with clients regularly to update on shipment status and needs.
• Monitor industry trends and adjust operations to stay competitive.
