Job summary

Lancesoft in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily operations on air-cooled chiller assembly lines. This 12-month W2 role requires overseeing safety, quality, delivery, and cost on shift.

You will develop team capability, enforce standard work, coach hourly operators, and partner with Quality, IE, and Maintenance to remove bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with lean manufacturing (5S, kaizen, standard work).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across multiple air-cooled assembly lines to meet targets.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance on shift.
• Sustain 5S, standard work, and kaizen activities.
• Coach hourly operators and team leads; provide daily feedback.
• Collaborate with QA, IE, and maintenance to remove throughput constraints.
• Drive continuous improvement and problem solving (5 Whys, fishbone).
