Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer to support air-cooled chiller production operations.

You will lead process improvements across mechanical assembly, electrical integration, controls, and testing to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets on the shop floor. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting with mechanical and electrical tools, collaboration with Operations, Quality, IE, Supply Chain and Product Engineering, and the ability to manage multiple shifts and OT as

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technology field.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing engineering or automation experience.
• Hands-on ability with mechanical and electrical diagnostic tools on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day manufacturing engineering support for air-cooled chiller production operations.
• Lead resolution of complex manufacturing issues involving mechanical assemblies, electrical systems, controls, and testing processes.
• Identify and eliminate manufacturing constraints that impact safety, quality, delivery, or cost.
• Support production teams in achieving operational performance objectives.
• Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes for mechanical assembly, electrical integration, and factory testing operations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that improve product quality, throughput, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, process flows, and standard operating procedures.
• Troubleshoot electrical assemblies, control panels, wiring systems, sensors, actuators, and communication networks.
