Job summary

UKG is seeking a Principal Field Advisor of AI & WF Transformation to accelerate strategic AI opportunities with Enterprise Sales. You will translate AI and data capabilities into compelling business value for executive buyers, shaping strategy, demos, and scalable GTM motions.

You will partner across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Strategy to develop repeatable plays, value frameworks, and customer proof points, enabling field teams to effectively position UKG AI capabilities.

Qualifications

10+ years of enterprise software and AI experience.
Ability to translate AI tech into executive value.
Experience building scalable GTM motions and field assets.
Strong executive communication and storytelling skills.
Experience influencing large enterprise opportunities.
Synthesis of customer feedback and market trends into GTM strategy.

Responsibilities

Partner with Enterprise account teams on strategic AI, Workforce Intelligence, data, and agentic capability opportunities.
Lead executive discovery, AI strategy discussions, and value-based customer engagements.
Shape solution vision, demo strategy, proof-of-concept approaches, business cases, and competitive positioning.
Develop executive-ready narratives, customer proof points, and value frameworks that accelerate AI adoption.
Create repeatable sales plays, enablement assets, and industry use cases that scale field effectiveness.
Capture and communicate market insights, customer needs, adoption barriers, and competitive intelligence to influence business strategy.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Product Marketing, Solution Consulting, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, and Sales Leadership to drive AI commercialization and market adoption.
