You will design deployment strategies across Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 and Power Platform at enterprise scale, govern data loss prevention, and mentor other engineers in complex architecture decisions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6-8 years in Digital Workforce domains with relevant depth.
• Expertise across at least two: platform architecture, governance, automation or security.
• Ability to design cross-system architecture without formal people management.
• Advanced experience with enterprise digital employee experience platforms.

• Design deployment strategies across multiple tools and set engineering standards.
• Architect data pipelines and cross-system integrations for digital employee experience.
• Lead Copilot Studio, Copilot and Power Platform enablement at scale with governance.
• Administer Power Platform environments and ALM pipelines enterprise-wide.
