Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of programming and SDLC experience.

• 1+ year building applications that use LLMs or generative AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered voice solutions with responsible AI use.
• Integrate and fine-tune various LLMs to enhance voice bots.
• Architect and maintain scalable cloud-based services and APIs for real-time voice interactions.
• Use enterprise AI tools to streamline workflows and automate development tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications for AI agents.
• Evaluate trends in conversational AI to inform solution design and innovation.
