Ladders is seeking a Senior AI Applied Value Architect to help enterprise customers realize measurable business value from AI-enabled process transformation. You will partner with executive stakeholders to uncover pain points, shape change strategies, and translate technical capabilities into ROI narratives.

The role blends value engineering, consulting, and pre-sales with a strong emphasis on global transformation programs and cross-functional collaboration, including frequent US travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales with complex workstreams.
• Strong AI and IT fluency in enterprise IT including SAP and Salesforce.
• Customer-value mindset with high-impact solution design.
• Experience in process improvement and value realization.
• Proven strategic program and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of Finance and Supply Chain domains.
• Degree in Engineering, CS, or related field, or Business/Economics with a technical minor.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the US; TN status eligibility.
