Keyrus is an international AI and data transformation company seeking an AI Business Value Advisor in the United States (Remote). The role focuses on identifying AI opportunities, translating business needs into practical strategies, and guiding transformation initiatives for measurable business value.

You will lead discovery sessions, develop ROI models, and collaborate with engineers to deliver prioritized AI use cases and roadmaps. Strong client-facing and consulting experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in business consulting, digital transformation, or strategic advisory roles.
• Experience identifying and prioritizing AI opportunities for AI, automation, or digital transformation.
• Experience developing business cases, value assessments, KPIs, and ROI models.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate organizational challenges into improvement opportunities.
• Experience facilitating workshops and advising senior business stakeholders.
• Strong client-facing consulting experience with excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery sessions to understand strategic priorities and opportunities for AI adoption.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases based on impact, feasibility, and readiness.
• Develop business cases, value assessments, KPIs, and ROI models to support AI investments.
• Analyze processes and recommend AI-enabled improvements and automated workflows.
• Define AI adoption roadmaps and measurable success criteria.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and technical teams to translate requirements into initiatives.
• Advise senior stakeholders and track value realization across engagements.
• Convert successful engagements into reusable assets like value assessment frameworks and templates.
