Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior/Lead Software Engineer to drive architecture and core platform innovations within the AI Trust and Governance team. You will lead design decisions, mentor engineers, and deliver highly concurrent, scalable systems powering Salesforce's AI initiatives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners across Data Cloud, AI Platform, and Enterprise teams to ensure robust, secure, and reliable cloud-native services.

Qualifications

• BS or higher degree in Computer Science required.
• 4+ years industry experience in system or database internals programming.
• 4+ years technical leadership in architecture and design of enterprise server platform or systems.
• Deep expertise with distributed systems and consensus algorithms.
• Experience with highly concurrent multi-threaded/multi-process data structures and design.
• Strong Java or C programming skills.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical direction for architecture and design of enterprise server platforms.
• Mentor engineers and raise the bar for the team through code/design reviews.
• Design and build scalable, cloud-native services powering AI Trust and Governance.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, architecture and platform partners across teams.
• Drive end-to-end features including testing, release, and deployment.
