Job summary
Salesforce is seeking a Senior/Lead Software Engineer for the AI Trust and Governance team. You will lead hands-on architectural work on cloud-native services powering Salesforce's AI trust initiatives, guiding technical direction and mentoring engineers.
Applicants should have a BS in CS, 4+ years in system or database internals, and 4+ years of leadership in enterprise server platforms. Strong Java or C skills and a proven ability to work across engineering, product, architecture, and platform
Qualifications
- BS or higher in Computer Science.
- 4+ years industry experience in system or database internals programming.
- 4+ years technical leadership in architecture and design of enterprise server platform or systems.
- Deep expertise with distributed systems and consensus algorithms.
- Experience with highly concurrent multi-threaded/multi-process data structures and design.
- Strong Java or C programming skills.
Responsibilities
- Design new architecture to solve complex scalability problems.
- Mentor engineers and set technical direction for the team.
- Drive end-to-end features and influence architecture decisions.
