Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Manager, AI Strategic Execution & Transformation to turn high-value AI opportunities into measurable operational results. You will partner with business teams to identify opportunities, build business cases, and lead AI transformation initiatives from concept to scaled implementation and sustained adoption.

You will bring together cross-functional partners, navigate ambiguity, reimagine workflows, and drive AI-enabled solutions that deliver meaningful business

Responsibilities

• Identify and frame high-value AI opportunities and define success measures.
• Prioritize an AI transformation pipeline based on value, feasibility, risk, and alignment.
• Lead AI initiatives from concept through scaled implementation and sustained use.
• Coordinate cross-functional partners to remove obstacles and maintain momentum.
• Design pilots to test value quickly and inform decisions to scale or stop.
• Reimagine workflows to embed AI, automation, and new capabilities.
• Lead change management and adoption with stakeholder readiness, training, and feedback.
• Ensure production readiness with clear ownership, monitoring, and risk controls.
