Job summary

First American's Strategic Analysis Group seeks a Sr. Business Analyst with AI business analysis skills to drive strategic initiatives across FA Title Group.

You will partner with business leaders, product, and technology teams to uncover opportunities, define requirements, and translate complex problems into actionable insights. The role leads discovery, supports implementation, creates artifacts, and contributes to the Center of Excellence while advancing AI transformation and process

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Business Management or B.S Degree or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated experience leading AI transformation projects and process optimization
• Active user of AI tools (Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) with business impact
• Strong communication and advanced presentation skills
• 5+ years in Business Analysis and/or process improvement with business users
• Comfort with ambiguity and strong analytical/problem-solving chops
• Strong business lens with IT collaboration
• Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel)
• Ability to learn quickly and synthesize large amounts of information

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and technology teams to uncover opportunities
• Define requirements and translate into actionable insights
• Lead discovery and analysis across processes, data, and systems
• Document artifacts (requirements, process maps, user stories)
• Support implementation and testing with cross-functional teams
• Create executive readouts and business cases to drive decisions
• Contribute to future state design and optimization
• Manage multiple projects with deadlines
• Assist in Center of Excellence initiatives
