Job summary

First American's Strategic Analysis Group is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with AI transformation experience to drive business insights and recommendations.

You will partner with leaders across technology and operations to define requirements, map current state processes, and design future state capabilities. You will conduct discovery, analyze data, prepare executive readouts, and support implementation with clear artifacts and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related field.
• Experience leading AI transformation initiatives and process optimization.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across all levels of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and technology teams to identify opportunities and define requirements.
• Conduct discovery, document current state processes, value streams, and data requirements.
• Analyze findings to identify gaps and opportunities, and prepare executive readouts with data-backed recommendations.
• Support implementation by eliciting requirements, mapping data definitions, and coordinating with project teams.
