Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting AI transformation projects.
• Active user of AI tools with ability to guide AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partners & Collaborates with business leaders and technology teams to understand problems and analysis needs.
• Plans Approach by understanding goals, challenges, and metrics; develops stakeholder list.
• Discovery of current state processes and data using best practices.
• Identifies user needs via research, sessions, and interviews.
• Analyzes findings to identify gaps and opportunities across people, process, and technology.
• Leads Data Analysis to synthesize large data sets, derive insights and inform decisions.
• Shares recommendations with executives, backed by a business case and data.
• Future State Design: documents requirements and target processes.
• Supports Implementation: elicits requirements and maps data definitions; supports testing.
