McKinsey invites senior leaders to shape and deliver AI-enabled transformation for industrial ecosystems, including automotive, machinery, aerospace, and semiconductors. You will drive end-to-end AI programs with client teams, setting technical direction and measuring durable value.

You will mentor QuantumBlack teams, design scalable data foundations, and partner with client product leaders to ensure adoption and tangible outcomes across divisions. This is a high-impact role with global reach.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience applying AI and analytics to industrial sectors (automotive, machinery, aerospace, semiconductors).
• 7+ years in data science/AI with client-facing or executive stakeholder impact.
• Experience designing and scaling production-grade AI and agentic tooling.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams (data science, data engineering, DevOps).
• Strong cloud and data-stack expertise across AWS, GCP or Azure; fluent in SQL and Python.

Responsabilidades

• Counsel clients, shape AI agendas, and architect AI acceleration programs.
• Translate strategy into production-ready AI solutions and roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from use case shaping to deployment and adoption.
• Build scalable data foundations (MLOps, governance, security) for repeatable AI.
• Mentor and develop QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey practitioners across industries.
