McKinsey is seeking a senior AI‑led transformation leader to shape and deliver AI programs across industrial sectors, including automotive, aerospace, and machinery. You will guide AI strategy, design scalable architectures, and drive measurable business outcomes through collaboration with client teams.

You will mentor and lead QuantumBlack and AI by McKinsey practitioners, ensuring high‑quality delivery and rapid capability building across industries.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience applying data science, advanced analytics, and AI to drive measurable business impact in client‑facing or senior stakeholder settings.
• Experience designing and scaling modern AI solutions, including production‑grade machine learning, generative AI, and agentic workflow‑embedded AI approaches.
• Experience with data migrations, IT transformations or enterprise implementations of CRM or ERP systems.
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary engineering and analytics teams, including distributed and offshore teams.
• Strong expertise with major cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure) and fluency in modern AI stacks, including SQL, Python, and MLOps pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Counsel clients, shape AI agendas, and architect AI acceleration and transformation programs.
• Lead end-to-end solution delivery from use case shaping through build, deployment, and adoption.
• Build scalable, secure data foundations (data architecture, MLOps, governance, security).
• Mentor QuantumBlack teams and partner with client product/tech leaders to deliver durable value.
• Oversee multiple deployments and lead large, high‑profile working sessions with senior clients.
