Qualifikationen

• Deep experience applying AI and analytics to industrials with hands‑on data and tech environment knowledge.
• 7+ years applying data science, analytics, and AI to drive measurable business impact in client‑facing or senior settings.
• Experience designing and scaling modern AI solutions including production‑grade ML, generative AI, and workflow‑embedded AI.
• Experience with data migrations/IT transformations or enterprise CRM/ERP implementations (Salesforce, Oracle, etc.).
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary engineering and analytics teams, including distributed/offshore teams.
