Qualifications

• 7+ years of applying data science, analytics, and AI to drive measurable business impact in client-facing or senior stakeholder settings.
• Experience designing and scaling modern AI solutions, including production-grade ML, generative AI, and agentic AI approaches.
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary engineering and analytics teams, including distributed/offshore teams.
• Experience with data migrations and IT transformations (data lakes, platform warehouses) or CRM/ERP implementations.
• Strong cloud platform expertise (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and fluency in SQL, Python, and AI tooling.
• Willingness to travel 40-80% and build client relationships with tangible outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Counsel clients, shape AI agendas, and architect acceleration and transformation programs.
• Translate strategy into production-ready AI solutions and set technical direction with client teams.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from use case shaping to deployment and adoption, ensuring business impact.
• Build scalable data foundations (data architecture, MLOps, governance, security) for repeatable AI delivery.
• Mentor QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey practitioners and partner with senior clients on digital & analytics topics.
