Wingstop Restaurants Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Director of AI Transformation to drive how AI changes the way our business operates.

You’ll map processes across Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Technology, Finance, and Restaurant Support, identify high-value use cases, and design end-to-end changes with engineering and data science partners. You’ll lead a growing AI transformation team, stay hands-on in maps, tools, and rooms where work changes, and report progress to executives

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise transformation, operations, or technology delivery with 3+ years leading teams.
• Deep process mapping and redesign across functions.
• Hands-on with AI tooling, agents, and low-code platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise AI transformation roadmap and value delivery.
• Lead process discovery, current/future state, and baseline metrics.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs for engineering teams.
• Partner with AI/Data Science and Tech to scope, pilot, and scale solutions.
• Design future-state processes, redefine roles, and enable adoption.
• Build business cases and track realized value post-launch.
• Lead change management across GSC, brand partners, and restaurant teams.
• Establish operating model for AI delivery and post-launch measurement.
• Set standards for responsible AI with Legal and Security.
