Wingstop Restaurants Inc. is seeking a Technical Product Manager to align AI and data investments with business priorities from the Global Support Center in Dallas, TX.

You will own the product definition for our applied AI office, defining problems worth solving, success metrics, and a roadmap linking data science to business outcomes. You will work between business stakeholders and a team of AI engineers and data scientists, ensuring what is built is adopted and delivers measurable value.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product ownership or technical product management
• 3+ years owning data/analytics/AI/ML products end to end
• Fluent in SQL and data exploration
• CSPO or SAFe POPM or equivalent Agile cert is a plus
• Ability to write clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the backlog for Applied AI and Data Science portfolio
• Partner with Operations, Digital, Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance to identify AI use cases
• Define success metrics and business cases; measure realized impact
• Write requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for delivery teams
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming and release planning with engineering and data science
• Drive adoption with change management, training, and operations
• Coordinate dependencies across Data Engineering, BI, Enterprise Tech and vendors
• Maintain product documentation, model inventory and lifecycle decisions
