Wingstop Restaurants Inc. is seeking a Director of Legal Operations to design and scale a technology-enabled operating model that speeds up recurring legal work and improves consistency across the business in Dallas, TX.

This hands-on transformation role leads intake, triage, routing, approvals, and escalation; emphasizes Automation, AI, knowledge management, and governance, with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8+ years in related field.
• Strong track record in end-to-end process design and improvements.
• Experience with workflow automation and AI-enabled tools preferred.
• Proven change leadership and cross-functional influence.
• Experience in consumer/restaurant or multi-unit org is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Legal Operations strategy, governance, and backlog.
• Redesign end-to-end legal services from intake to completion.
• Establish knowledge architecture with SOPs, playbooks, and templates.
• Develop self-service pathways for low-sensitivity matters.
• Lead technology, automation, and AI roadmap with governance.
