Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management to lead enterprise-scale transformation programs focused on marketing, advertising, insights, and AI-enabled initiatives.

This role requires senior-level client communication, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to drive multiple workstreams from strategy to execution. You will develop rigorous programs, manage risks, and deliver measurable business outcomes across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex programs, transformations, or large-scale consulting engagements.
• Able to operate at both strategic and detailed execution levels.
• Experience creating and managing integrated bottom-up plans across multiple workstreams.
• Strong experience managing risks, dependencies, milestones, decisions and executive-level reporting.
• Experience leading programs with internal teams, client stakeholders, third parties and globally distributed teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead program management activities across one or more complex transformation workstreams.
• Establish and maintain rigorous, detailed bottom-up program plans covering milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, owners and deliverables.
• Take accountability for assigned workstreams and drive activities to completion.
• Coordinate across strategy, change management, technology, marketing, and other transformation teams.
• Manage dependencies across Publicis Sapient teams, clients, third parties and globally distributed delivery teams.
• Establish governance, reporting and operating cadences as the PMO evolves.
• Anticipate delivery risks and identify issues before escalations.
• Translate complex program information into concise, senior-level communications and presentations.
• Develop polished PowerPoint presentations for senior client and internal leadership.
• Partner with the Program Director while owning significant portions of day-to-day program leadership.
• Support transformation initiatives involving marketing strategy, content and asset development, media, and product innovation.
• Connect transformation initiatives into an integrated program with measurable business outcomes.
• Provide leadership across geographically distributed teams and clear accountability among workstream owners.
• Maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and serve as a trusted program management partner.
