Job summary

Publicis Sapient seeks a Senior Manager, Program Management to lead enterprise-scale transformation programs spanning marketing, advertising, insights, campaign orchestration, and product innovation with AI and GenAI focus. You will steward multiple workstreams with structure, clarity, and executive-level communication.

In this role you will drive bottom-up planning, governance, and cross-team collaboration across strategy, technology, and marketing, ensuring delivery against business outcomes

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex programs, transformations, or large-scale engagements.
• Ability to operate at strategic and detailed execution levels.
• Create and manage integrated bottom-up plans across multiple workstreams.
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, milestones and exec-level reporting.
• Experience with globally distributed teams and multi-party programs.
• Strong executive communication and storytelling skills.
• Advanced PowerPoint capabilities for senior client materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management activities across one or more complex transformation workstreams.
• Establish and maintain rigorous bottom-up program plans with milestones, dependencies, risks, owners and deliverables.
• Drive accountability and progress across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate across strategy, change management, technology, marketing and other transformation functions.
• Manage dependencies across client stakeholders, third parties and distributed delivery teams.
• Establish governance, reporting and operating cadences as the PMO evolves.
• Translate complex program information into concise senior-level communications and presentations.
• Develop polished updates for senior leadership and clients and partner with the Program Director.
