Job summary

G2i Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, AI Training, to evaluate the quality of AI-assisted coding interactions. This is a contract role with remote, worldwide scope, paying $100–$200 per hour, and requiring 10–20 hours per week.

You will not write production code but judge if the model's reasoning and outputs reflect strong engineering judgment. You will assess usefulness of explanations, the usefulness of the preamble, the trust and clarity of feedback, and help define what great looks

Qualifications

• Senior, Staff or Principal-level engineer with equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI Codex, Claude Code or Cursor.
• Strong written and spoken English (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions end to end.
• Provide clear, opinionated feedback on usefulness and reasoning.
• Define what great looks like when working with coding tools.
• Record concise written feedback and short video explanations.
